Tuesday 1st October 2019 – IoS Bird Sightings

The Blue Rock Thrush was still ranging from Morning Point to the Steval, proving vary illusive and not was seen after mid-morning. Friday 20th and Saturday 21st September 2019 IoS Bird Sightings

Thursday 19th September 2019 IoS Bird Sightings

St Mary’s – A Common Crossbill was found in gardens at The Star Castle early morning. A Grasshopper Warbler, 2 Spotted Flycatchers and 6 Blackcaps were at dead pine walk and a Whitethroat and a Wheatear were on Peninnis. Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th September 2019 IoS Bird Sightings

Tuesdays Birds were: A Golden Plover flew over Peninnis and a Whitethroat was on the headland. The Red-backed Shrike was still at Carn Friars and a Spotted Flycatcher, a Wryneck and a Whitethroat were also there. Monday 16th September 2019 IoS Bird Sightings

Monday 9th to Sunday 15th September 2019 IoS Bird Sightings

Mondays birds were: A Ruff was on the Great Pool, Tresco and a Pied Flycatcher was at Holy Vale.
