St. Mary’s – The Western Bonelli’s was still in the pines on the Garrison also there were a Spotted and a Pied Flycatcher. 6 Spotted Flycatchers were at Salakee and 2 were at High Lanes. The Bee-eater showed briefly on wires at Trenoweth and single Grasshopper Warblers were seen in Holy Vale and at Porth Hellick, the latter being trapped and ringed.

Bryher – 4 Spotted Flycatchers, a Whinchat and a juvenile Red-backed Shrike.

Annet – A Marsh Harrier.

At sea – A very quiet afternoon pelagic produced just 4 Great Skuas and a Sooty Shearwater.
