St. Mary’s – A Hobby over Higher Moors and 2 Wheatears at the airport. Between higher Moors and Porth Hellick there were 30 Willow Warblers, 6 Chiffchaffs, a Common Whitethroat and a Pied Flycatcher. On the Pool at Porth Hellick were 2 Green Sandpipers.
At sea – Birders on a short-range pelagic trip, 3 miles southwest of Bishop Rock saw a Great Shearwater, a Sooty Shearwater, 10 European Storm-petrels, a Pomarine Skua and 5 Great Skuas.
