Upland Sandpiper – 1 was found in a ploughed field by Maypole.
American Golden Plover – 1 near the Daymark, St. Martins
Least Sandpiper – 1 on Tresco
Wilson’s Snipe – 1 Lower Moors
Lesser Yellowlegs – 1 on St. Mary’s and 1 on the Great Pool Tresco
Northern Waterthrush – Reported from Shooters’ Pool, Lower Moors and the track from Porth Hellick to Salakee Farm
Little Egret – 12 in Tresco channelPom Skua – juv in Tresco Channel
Spoonbill – 1 on Green Island.
Hobby – 1 Tresco
Pectoral Sandpiper – 1 Abbey Pool, Tresco and 1 on the Big Pool, St. Agnes
Yellow-legged Gull – 1 on Tresco
Turtle Dove – 2 on Peninnis Farm trail.
Cuckoo – The juvenile was still in Holy Vale
Wryneck – 1 on the Garrison
Great Spotted Woodpecker – 1 Helvear
Black Redstart – 1 Pelistry and 1 Old Town
Yellow-browed Warbler – 1 Newford Duck Pond, 1 Content Lane, 1 in Lower Moors and 1 on Bryher
Firecrest – 3 Carreg Dhu Garden, 1 Old Town Church and 3 on Tresco
Siskin – The first of the autumn were 8 at Newford Duck Pond
Lapland Bunting – 1 on St. Agnes
Snow Bunting – 1 on the Garrison, 1 on St, Agnes and 4 on St. Martin’s
