Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th August 2017 IoS Bird Sightings

Sunday 27th to Monday 29th August 2017 IoS Bird Sightings

Sundays birds were: St. Mary’s – 2 Pectoral Sandpipers, 4 Green Sandpipers, a Common Sandpiper, 2 Dunlins, 12 Ringed Plovers, a Water Rail and a Kingfisher were at Porth Hellick, where an Osprey Flew over and the adult Night Heron showed again in the evening. The Night Heron flew over Read more…

Wednesday 23rd August 2017 IoS Bird Sightings

Tuesday 22nd August 2017 IoS Bird Sightings

St. Mary’s – 2 Pectoral Sandpipers, 2 Green Sandpipers, a Common Sandpiper, 11 Greenshanks, a Black-tailed Godwit, a Lapwing, a Hobby and  2 Kingfishers were all at Porth Hellick.
