St. Mary’s – Only 2 birds were reported, but quality is better than quantity! The Blue-winged Teal was still in Lower Moors, where the Northern Waterthrush put in its first appearance since February 26th. It has now been present for 25 weeks!

St. Mary’s – The Blue-winged Teal & a Jack Snipe were in Lower Moors and a second-winter Iceland Gull was at Porth Mellon. The Dusky Warbler was again at Harry’s Walls and a Firecrest was in a garden on High Lanes. 2 Long-eared Owls and a Kingfisher were at Porth Hellick. (more…)
