St. Mary’sThe Purple Heron, the Bluethroat and 2 Jack Snipe were all seen in Lower Moors. A Red-breasted Flycatcher was ay the seaward end of Watermill Cove and a Kingfisher was at Porth Hellick. There was a good selection of migrants in the Garrison pines with 5+ Spotted Flycatchers, a Pied Flycatcher, 2+ Common Redstarts, 2 Whinchats, plenty of Wheatears, 5 Reed Warblers, a Blackcap, 2 Garden Warblers, a Common Whitethroat, a Lesser Whitethroat and a Goldcrest.

St. Agnes – The WHITE’S THRUSH was very skulking & elusive and was seen only once, briefly in fields between Covean and Barnaby Lane, Elsewhere on the island the Buff-breasted Sandpiper, the Subalpine Warbler and the Yellow-browed Warbler were still present.
