St. Mary’s – Both Woodchat Shrikes were seen again, the female on the coastal path near Pelistry Cove and the male in gorse below the Telegraph radio tower and near by a superb summer-plumage male Whinchat was at Bant’s Carn & 8 Whimbrels were on the rocky beach below. There were at least 3 Cuckoos and 3 Common Whitethroats on the island.

Tresco – A very late Whooper Swan, 2 Whimbrels, 2 Common Buzzards and a Cuckoo.

St. Agnes – A male Pied Flycatcher.
