St. Mary’s – The 6 Greenland White-fronted Geese where still on Carn Friars Farm in the field behind the ringing station, where there was also a fine male Grey Wagtail. The pair of Pintails were still on Porth Hellick Pool and another drake was on the sea below the harbour car park. A Long-eared Owl was in bushes at Porth Hellick and Lapwing was on the beach there. The Black Redstart was still on Porthloo Beach and an adult Common Gull was at Porthcressa.

Inter-island waters – 30 Common Scoters and 4 Great Northern Divers were between St. Martin’s and the Eastern Isles.
