St. Mary’s – A Long–eared Owl flew over the road at Higher Moors at dawn and a Firecrest was in a Garden at Sallyport, Hugh Town. The Black Redstart was on still Porthloo Beach, where there were also a pair of Stonechats and 5 Chiffchaffs, nearby 6 Common Snipe were by the Duck Pond.
Samson – 2 Spoonbills and 2 Brent Geese.
Inter-island waters – A Long-tailed Duck was in Teän Sound.
