St. Mary’s – A juvenile Rose-coloured Starling was in a field by Porth Hellick Loop Trail, A Marsh Harrier was at Porth Hellick Pool and this autumn’s first Yellow-browed Warbler was in Lower Moors. 2 Bar-tailed Godwits, a Common Redstart, a Whinchat, a Pied Flycatcher & a Yellow Wagtail were on the Garrison and 2 Whinchats & a Skylark were on Peninnis. A very obliging Ortolan Bunting was at Little Porth, 2 Bar-tailed Godwits were on Porthloo Beach. A Ruff was on the Golf Course and a Quail was flushed at Content. 2 Blue-headed Wagtails were on the airfield, nearby a Barred Warbler was in sallows just north of the coastal path below the airfield and a Wryneck was also on the coastal bath between the turning circle and Tolman’s.

Tresco – A Citrine Wagtail was on the west end of the Great Pool, A Lapland Bunting was on Castle Down, an Osprey flew over the New Inn and a Great Skua & a Sooty Shearwater flew past Kettle Point.

St. Agnes – A Barred Warbler was in the fruit cage, A Lapland Bunting was on Wingletang, a Ring Ouzel was at Cove Vean, an Ortolan Bunting was at Periglis and Little Stint was at Porth Coose
