St. Mary’s – A Bonelli’s Warbler sp was found early morning on the Garrison on the path leading from Garrison Arch to Newman’s Pottery. It was not heard to call until late afternoon and was then identified as Western Bonelli’s Warbler. An Ortolan Bunting showed briefly in the afternoon on the same path. The Spotted Crake was seen again at Porth Hellick Pool at first light. The Lapland Bunting was still at Deep Point and a Wryneck was on Peninnis.

Tresco – The SHORT-BILLED DOWITCHER was still on the beach near Skirt Island.

Bryher – A Merlin, 2 Whinchats, a Spotted Flycatcher and a Hooded Crow.

St. Martin’s – 2 Lapland Buntings and a Whinchat.

At sea – A short-range pelagic trip produced a Grey Phalarope, an Arctic Skua, 4 Great Skuas, 4 Arctic Terns, 2 Sooty Shearwaters and 2 European Storm-petrels.
