Tuesday 26th April 2011 IoS Bird Reports

St. Mary’s – A Golden Oriole in the Garrison Pines. 3+ Great Northern Divers in The Roads. St. Agnes – 6 Whimbrel, a Cuckoo and a Tree Pipit. Gugh – the Tawny Pipit was still present. Bryher – A Cuckoo. St. Martin’s – A Cuckoo.

Monday 25th April 2011 IoS Bird Reports

The Purple Heron taken into care died overnight Sunday/ Monday. Tresco – A Firecrest, 2 Common Buzzards a Jackdaw and a Great Northern Diver in The Roads. Samson – A Spoonbill. St. Agnes – A Common Sandpiper. Gugh – A Tawny Pipit. Annet – A Marsh Harrier.
