Little Ringed Plover, Lower Moors, 04.04.13, Martin Goodey

St. Mary’s – A Little Ringed Plover ( a scarce bird on Scilly) showed well from the ISBG hide in Lower Moors and also in Lower Moors was a Siberian Chiffchaff. 2 Sand Martins were over the Dump and 3 House Martins flew in off the sea at Porth Mellon. A male Ring Ouzel and a House Martin were on the Garrison campsite. 4 Bramblings were on Church Road, Hugh Town and a Hawfinch was in a garden on Sallyport before flying off towards the Garrison.

Bryher – 2 Black-tailed Godwits and a Redwing.
