Little Ringed Plover, Lower Moors, 06.04.13, Martin Goodey

St. Mary’s – The Little Ringed Plover, the Spoonbill and a Reed Bunting were in Lower Moors. 2 Bramblings were still in a garden on Church Road, a Black Redstart was on the Garrison, 7 Fieldfares & a Redwing were on Carn Friars Farm and the 6 Greenland White- fronted Geese were on Porth Hellick Pool.

St. Agnes – 2 Ring Ouzels and a Jack Snipe.

Tresco – The 3 Ring-necked Ducks were still on the Great Pool and Black Redstart was at New Grimsby. Also on the island were 8 Fieldfares and a Common Buzzard.

Samson – An Eider.

Annet – The first Puffins, 5 birds were reported.

Eastern Isles – 2 Slavonian Grebes, 2 Great Northern Divers and 6 Common Scoters
