St. Mary’s – The 6 Greenland White-fronted Geese where still on Carn Friars Farm in the field behind the ringing station and the pair of Pintails were still on Porth Hellick Pool. Nearby a Firecrest and a female Great Spotted Woodpecker were along Porth Hellick Loop Trail. A Wheatear was the Garrison on rocks below Woolpack Battery. A Mistle Thrush was at Pelistry and 6 Whimbrels were on Toll’s Island.

Tresco – 4 Shovelers (3 drakes & a female), 5 Pochard (4 drakes & a female), 3 Ring-necked Ducks (a drake & 2 females), a Little Grebe, a Greenshank and a Redshank were on the Great Pool. 2 Common Buzzards were over Middle Down and 5 Short-eared Owls were by the woodpile behind Pentle Bay. 2 Spoonbills were on Little Cheese Rock, between Tresco and St. Martin’s.

Samson – 100+ Sanderlings were on Samson Flats.
