St Mary’s – The Ring Ouzel was seen again on the Golf Course today and two Crossbills were at Bant’s Carn. By vocalisation there appears to be at least two types of Crossbill on the islands at the moment.
The immature male Scaup was still at Porth Hellick along with the six Greenland White-fronted Geese and the Red-throated Diver was seen near Sharks Pit

Roads – Twenty-nine Common Scoters were near the Eastern Isles and the female Eider was near Tresco. A summer plumaged Great Northern Diver was near the Eastern Isles
