Penduline Tit – A bird showed on and off at the southeast end of the Great Pool, Tresco. The was the first occurrence since 2007, which was only seen by a few. The previous record during “Scilly Season” was October 1993.

Radde’s Warbler – 1 on St. Agnes opposite the Post Office and 1 in the Plantation on Gugh.

Ring-necked Duck – The first-winter male and 2 females were still on Porth Hellick Pool.

Rose-coloured Starling – 1 still on St. Agnes.

Richard’s Pipit – 1 still on St. Agnes. and 1 on St. Mary’s Golf Course.

Spotted Crake – 1 still in Lower Moors.

Woodlark – 2 on St. Agnes and 1 on Sunnyside Farm Trail.

Coal Tit – 2 on Tresco, 2 on St. Agnes, 3 on Bryher and 1 in Lower Moors.

Red-breasted Flycatcher – 2 on St. Agnes, and 1 on at Tresco.

Yellow-browed Warbler – 1 Lower Moors, 1 on Bryher and 2 on St. Agnes.

Marsh Warbler – 1 on St. Agnes.

Whooper Swan – 6 still on the Great Pool, Tresco and 11 still at Porth Hellick.

Pale-bellied Brent Goose – 1 still on Bryher.

Common Scoter – 3 off the Eastern Isles and 1 off Tresco.

Great Northern Diver – 1 off Innisidgen and 1 off St. Martin’s Flats.

Sooty Shearwater – 1 past the Daymark, St. Martin’s.

Little Egret – 19 in Tresco Channel.

Spoonbill – 1 flew past Periglis and 1 was on Green Island, near Samson.

Marsh Harrier – 1 over Porth Killier, St. Agnes, flying towards Gugh.

Merlin – A male & female on St. Mary’s and a male on St. Agnes.

Golden Plover – 9 on the airfield.

Common Sandpiper – 1 Morning Point, the Garrison.

Mediterranean Gull – A second-winter bird was on Abbey Pool, Tresco.

Great Spotted Woodpecker – 1 on Tresco.

Black Redstart – 1 Juliet’s Garden, 2 at Pelistry, 2 near the old school and 1 in High Lanes.

Whinchat – 3 on St. Martin’s, 1 Green Lane and 1 on Peninnis.

Ring Ouzel – 1 Morning Point, the Garrison.

Fieldfare – 2 on St. Martin’s.

Lesser Whitethroat – 1 on the Garrison and 1 on Sunnyside Farm Trail.

Firecrest – 1 Telegraph, 1 Jac-a-ba and 1 St. Martin’s.

Rook – 1 still on Tresco.

Brambling – 2 on St. Martin’s and 1 on Tresco.

Siskin – 13 on St. Mary’s, 1 on Bryher and 1 on Tresco.

Lesser Redpoll – 2 Tresco and 1 Sunnyside Farm Trail.

Snow Bunting – 1 on Porthloo Beach and 1 on Peninnis.
