St. Mary’s – 2 Red -rumped Swallows were at Porth Hellick. At least one was a different bird to the two seen earlier this month. One of the two earlier bird only had one tail streamer, whereas both those seen on Thursday had intact tail streamers. A Hobby flew over Porth Hellick. An Osprey flew over Old Town and the Woodchat Shrike was still on Peninnis. A juvenile Glaucous Gull was on the Airfield, the Pink-footed Goose was still at Salakee, the Eider was still at Pendrethen and 50+ Whimbrel were on the Golf Course.

St. Agnes – A Golden Oriole was on Wingletang Down.
