St. Mary’s – A Hoopoe, a Turtle Dove, a Spotted Flycatcher & a Turtle Dove were at Pelistry and nearby 2 more Turtle Doves were at Green Farm. The Eider was still off Pendrethen, a Whinchat was at Bant’s Carn and 2 Jackdaws were on Halangy Down. The 2 Red-rumped Swallows were seen at several sites around the island, the Nightingale was still in Lower Moors and a large pipit on the Golf Course gave rise to some discussion, but the majority of observers agreed it was a pale Richard’s Pipit.

Tresco – A Wryneck and a Short-eared Owl were near the wood pile.
