Red-throated Diver – 1 past Tresco
Sooty Shearwater – 1 past Tresco
Little Egret – 23 in Tresco channel
Spoonbill – 1 on Green Island.
Honey Buzzard – 1 flew from Tresco to St. Mary’s
Black Kite – 1 on St. Mary’s
Hobby – 1 Tresco
American Golden Plover – 1 on the airfield
Least Sandpiper – 1 on Tresco moving from South Beach to Abbey Pool and then to the Great Pool
Pectoral Sandpiper – 3 Great Pool, Tresco and 1 on the Big Pool, St. Agnes
Buff-breasted Sandpiper – 3 on the airfield
**Wilson’s Snipe** – 1 on Porth Hellick Pool in the morning later moving to Lower Moors
Lesser Yellowlegs – 1 in the Lower Moors area and 1 on the Great Pool Tresco
Solitary Sandpiper – 1 on the Project Pool behind the dump
Mediterranean Gull – 12 Porthloo
Yellow-legged Gull – An adult on rocks in Porthcressa Bay
Cuckoo – A very late juvenile was seen in Holy Vale and Town Lane
Wryneck – 4 on St. Mary’s
Great Spotted Woodpecker – 1 Holy Vale
Short-toed Lark – 1 on the airfield
Black Redstart – 1 Pelistry and 1 Porthcressa
Ring Ouzel – 1 at Bar Point was the first of the autumn
Subalpine Warbler – 1 by the play area on the Garrison
Yellow-browed Warbler – 1 Newford Duck Pond
**Northern Waterthrush** – Seen on the Project Pool at dawn only
Snow Bunting – 1 on the Garrison
Little Bunting – 1 on St. Agnes
