Highlights from this evenings Bird Log were:
St Mary’s – Spoonbill over The Garrison flew towards Samson. Hobby over Porthloo. SPOTTED SANDPIPER and PECTORAL SANDPIPER still at Porth Hellick Pool and also Jack Snipe. Grey Phalaropes from Carn Morval, 2 off Peninnis and 2 from Scillonian. Pom and Arctic Skua from Giants Castle and Great Skua from Scillonian. Common Redstarts at Carn Friars, Airfield and Watermill, Whinchats at Carn Friars, Watermill (2), Porth Hellick (2) and Giants Castle. Red-breasted Flycatchers at Deep point and The Garrison, Lapland Buntings at Bar Point (2), Peninnis (2) and Airfield.
