Tresco – **LONG-BILLED DOWITCHER** again on Abbey Pool today with PECTORAL SANDPIPER & 2 Common Sandpipers. 2 Black-tailed Godwits were on the Great Pool and a Black-necked Grebe on the sea of Bathing House Beach

St. Mary’s – An ORTOLAN BUNTING near Tolman’s Cafe and from timings probably a second bird on the coastal path between Church Point and the airfield runway. Firecrest & a Turtle Dove near the tennis court on the Garrison, a Spotted Flycatcher was at Carn Friars and a Wryneck, a Whinchat & a Whimbrel on Peninnis. A large pipit species flew over Church Point, it was thought to be a Tawny or Richard’s Pipit.

St. Martin’s – A RED-BREASTED FLYCATCHER and a BARRED WARBLER near the cricket pitch.

Bryher – A Curlew Sandpiper and a Turtle Dove were on the island today.
