Thousands of Hirundines everywhere mainly Barn Swallows and Sand Martins with a sprinkling of House Martins and 1 Red-rumped Swallow (see below).
St. Mary’s – RED-RUMPED SWALLOW flew past The Garrison. SPOTTED CRAKE and PECTORAL SANDPIPER on Porth Hellick Pool. Also Common Sandpiper, 6 Snipe. 2 Dunlin, a Little Stint, 3 Water Rail, 12 Wigeon and a Shoveler.
Tresco – Hobby and 30+ Sanderling.
Bryher – Barred Warbler, Wryneck, Osprey, 7 Whinchat, 10 Spotted & 2 Pied Flycatchers.
St. Agnes – SPOTTED CRAKE on the Big Pool (for 3rd day), a Ruff & Dunlin on Periglis Beach and 2 Whinchats on Castella Down.
St. Martin’s – 3 Whinchat, 3 Whitethroats and 4 Golden Plovers.
