Elswhere, Wheatear (20) in Giants Castle area, Lesser Whitethroat at Porthloo and Common Sandpiper at Carn Leh. Common Swift (2) over Porth Hellick this afternoon and Long-eared Owl at Star Castle tonight.
St Martin’s – WOODCHAT SHRIKE still in gorse above middle of Great Bay this afternoon. Hen Harrier (ringtail) between Lower Town and Middle Town this afternoon. Also Sanderling (90) and Whimbrel (21).
Tresco – Pintail (drk) still on Great Pool and Whimbrel (4).
