St Mary’s – 2 Hoopoe on The Garrison in field behind shop this morning St Agnes – A Hoopoe was in the Parsanage this morning St Martin’s – Wryneck at Higher Town near pool by cricket pitch at 1100hrs
Tuesday’s birds were:
St. Mary’s – the Garganey was still at Porth Hellick and the Long-tailed Duck was in Porthcressa Bay. 8 Ring Ouzels were seen in the Trewince / Golf Course area, with another 5 on the Garrison and 1 at Longstones. A Hoopoe was on the Garrison and an Osprey was around Porth Hellick on several occasions. 2 Wrynecks were at Bant’s Carn and 1 Night Heron was seen at dusk at Lower Moors.
Bryher – 8 Ring Ouzels seen, including 5 males on Shipmean Head Down. The Long-eared Owl was still present.
St. Agnes – a Hoopoe and 15 Ring Ouzels. (more…)
