Sunday 30th March 2014 IoS Bird Sightings

There was a fall of Willow Warblers with 10 at Porth Hellick, 16 on St. Agnes and 15 on Bryher. St. Mary’s – The 2 Greenland White-fronted Geese were in a field between Pelistry and Mount Todden. Saturday 29th March 2014 IoS Bird Sightings

St. Mary’s – The 2 Greenland White-fronted Geese were still on Porth Hellick Pool. St. Agnes – The Hoopoe was still present. Bryher – A Ring Ouzel and a Black Redstart.

Friday 28th March 2014 IoS Bird Sightings

St. Mary’s – A Serin flew from fields behind Ennor Close, Old Town towards Lower Moors, a Wheatear was on the Golf Course and the 2 Greenland White-fronted Geese were still on Porth Hellick Pool.

Tresco – American Robin again btw Borough Farm & Rowesfield cottage 11:25 St Mary’s – Leach’s Petrel at Hugh Town quay under street lights 20:30. Pallas’s Warbler 16:30 at Content Farm.
