Tresco – 2 drake Tufted Ducks were on Abbey Pool.
At sea – 40+ European Storm-petrels were seen on the short-range evening pelagic trip.
Thursday’s birds were:
St. Mary’s – 2 Common Swifts were over Porth Hellick Pool.
At sea – 2 Sooty Shearwaters were seen from the Scillonian III on the return trip from St. Mary’s to Penzance.
Saturday’s birds were:
St. Mary’s – A Common Swift was over Porth Hellick Pool.
Sunday’s birds were:
Bryher – A Yellow Wagtail and a Hooded Crow.
Inter-island waters – A Little Egret was in Tresco Channel.
Monday’s birds were:
St. Mary’s – A Hobby was over Hugh Town quay and a Greenshank was on Porth Hellick Pool.
At sea – A the short-range evening pelagic trip produced 50+ European Storm-petrels, 3 Wilson’s Storm-petrels, a Great Shearwater, 2 Ocean Sunfish, 2 Blue Sharks and 6 Common Dolphins.
