Thursday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – 2 Sand Martins were at Porth Hellick, a Mistle Thrush was at Carn Friars Farm, a male Black Redstart was at Porth Minnick and 5 Sanderling & a Dunlin were on Porthloo Beach.

St. Agnes – A Water Pipit.

Bryher – A Short-eared Owl.

Friday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – An Iceland Gull, 2 Pied & 2 White Wagtails were at Porth Hellick.

Saturday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – A Sand Martin flew over Hugh Town Harbour and 70 Redwings & 6 Fieldfares were at Carn Friars Farm.

Tresco – 2 Iceland Gulls, 8+ Sand Martins, a Wheatear and 2 Short-eared Owls.

Sunday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – A Short-eared Owl was on the Garrison, an Iceland Gull & 20 Wheatears were on the Golf Course and a Mistle Thrush & 15 Wheatears were on the Airfield.

Monday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – 5 Wheatears were on Peninnis.

Tuesday’s birds were:

Inter-island waters – The Surf Scoter was still in Crow Sound (between St. Mary’s & St. Martin’s) and a total of 50 Great Northern Divers were seen from Bar Point and the Garrison.

St. Mary’s – 2 Iceland Gulls & 40 Wheatears were on the Golf Course and a Glaucous Gull was at Deep Point. A Swallow was at Lower Moors and 2 more were at Porth Hellick.

St. Agnes – 4 Swallows,2 Sand Martin’s and 9 Pied Wagtails.
