Bryher – The Great Blue Heron spent most of the day on the Big Pool before flying off towards Tresco late afternoon.

Tresco – The Black Duck was still on the Abbey Pool and a Wryneck was near the tennis courts.

St. Mary’s – A Ring Ouzel was on Peninnis, the Long-tailed Duck was in Porth Mellon Bay, a Grasshopper Warbler was near Pelistry, a Kingfisher was ringed at Porth Hellick, where a Night Heron flew over. 4 more Night Herons flew from Lower Moors towards Porthloo at dusk.

St. Agnes – 2 Common Sandpipers, a Cuckoo, a Hoopoe, 2 Ring Ouzels, a Common Redstart and a Black Redstart.

A rare visit to a couple of the larger uninhabited islands produced a Garden Warbler on St. Helen’s and a Common Whitethroat on Teän.
