Monday 11th August 2014 IoS Bird Sightings

St. Mary’s – 9 Greenshanks and a Common Sandpiper were still on Porth Hellick Pool.

St. Agnes – 10 Dunlins, a Bar-tailed Godwit, a Whimbrel and a Wheatear.

Tresco – 9 Greenshanks and a Redshank.

At sea – 10 Cory’s, 5 Great, a Balearic and 5 Sooty Shearwaters were seen form the Scillonian on the return crossing from St. Mary’s to Penzance
