St. Mary’s – The Spotted Sandpiper & a Black-tailed Godwit were on Porth Hellick Pool and 1 Buff-breasted Sandpiper was on the airfield. 2 Garden Warblers, a Whitethroat, an Icterine Warbler, 7 Whinchats, a Spotted and 2 Pied Flycatcher were in the Higher Moors/Holy Vale area. A Common Rosefinch was at Carn Friars, a Whinchat was in Old Town and a Whimbrel & a Mediterranean Gull were at Porthloo.

St. Martin’s – A Marsh Harrier, a Whinchat and a Lapland Bunting.

St. Agnes – 5 Lapland Buntings on Wingletang Down.

Tresco – A Little Bunting at Borough Farm.

Samson – A Spoonbill.

A pelagic trip 7 miles south of St. Mary’s produced a Leach’s & 8 European Storm-petrels, a Sabine’s Gull, 2 Grey Phalaropes, 10 Great Skuas, 6 Arctic Terns, a Puffin and 2 Brent Geese. 4 Blue Sharks were also caught, tagged and released.
