Sunday’s birds were:
Dusky Warbler – 1 still in Lower Moors.
Great White Egret – 1 at Bar Point.
Yellow-browed Warbler – 2 Mount Flaggan Road, 1 Porthloo Lane, 1 Lower Moors and 1 Newford Duck Pond.
Jack Snipe – 1 on Porth Hellick Pool.
Red Kite – Still 1 around St. Mary’s.
Black Redstart – At least 6 around Hugh Town Quay and Rat Island.
Whinchat – A very late individual on the Airfield.
Brambling – 1 on the Airfield.
Monday’s birds were:
Dusky Warbler – 1 still in Lower Moors an 1 still at Porth Hellick..
Great White Egret – 1 at Bar Point.
Yellow-browed Warbler – 3 Porth Hellick, 1 Dump Clump, 1 Lower Moors and 1 Rosehill.
Siberian Chiffchaff – 2 Porth Hellick and 1 Higher Moors.
Jack Snipe – 1 on Porth Hellick Pool.
Merlin – A female at Lower Moors.
Lesser Whitethroat – The bird thought to be one of the eastern races was still at Porth Hellick.
Black Redstart – 3 around Hugh Town Quay.
Bullfinch – A female at Higher Moors.
Brambling – 4 in Lower Moors.
