Lesser Scaup – The first-winter bird was still on the Great Pool, Tresco.

Spotted Sandpiper – 1 again among the rocks at Watermill Cove.

Hoopoe – 1 still Popplestone Fields/Bay area, Bryher.

Serin – 1 in a garden of the Coastguard Cottages, Tresco.

Richard’s Pipit – 1 in a grassy field on High Lanes (photo).

Red-breasted Flycatcher – 1 still in the glade next to Rosemary Cottage, Sandy Lane.

Woodlark – 1 again in a field at the top of the Sunnyside Farm Trail.

Hawfinch – 1 Popplestone Fields, Bryher.

Wryneck – 1 still on Bryher on the northeast side of Gweal Hill.

Spoonbill – 5 still on Green Island, Samson, 2 of theses flew over Veronica Farm, Bryher.

Snow Bunting – 4 still at Deep Point.

Spotted Redshank – 1 still on the Great Pool, Tresco.

Yellow-browed Warbler – 2 in Lower Moors, 1 Watermill, 1 at Cove Vean, St. Agnes, 1 Popplestone, Bryher, 1 by the tennis court/dump on Bryher.

Siberian Chiffchaff – 1 Lower Moors and 1 at Borough Farm, Tresco

Great Northern Diver – 2 off the Blockhouse, Tresco.

Whooper Swan – 6 still on the Great Pool, Tresco

Pale-bellied Brent Goose – 3 Rushy Point, Tresco.

Pink-footed Goose – 6 Back Lane, Tresco, 2 on Bryher Pool before flying to the Great Pool, Tresco and 1 circled Pelistry/Normandy area before landing in a grassy field opposite the top end of the path across Kittydown and then moving to Porth Hellick Pool.

Whinchat – 1 north of the Community Hall, St. Martin’s.

Black Redstart – 2 St. Agnes and 1 St. Mary’s.

White Wagtail – 11 at Parting Carn.

Grey Wagtail – 1 Lower Moors.

Brambling – 1 in a field at the bottom of the Sunnyside Farm Trail.

Siskin – Still around in small numbers.
