Thursday’s birds were:

Eastern Yellow Wagtail – The bird found yesterday was in a horse paddock on Kittydown.

Citrine Wagtail – Unbelievably 1 was found in the same field by a local birder looking for the Eastern Yellow Wagtail.

Dusky Warbler – 1 was still at Porth Hellick.

Richard’s Pipit – 1 flew over Porthloo.

Great Shearwater – 2 were seen from a boat on the “Scilly side” of Wolf Rock, i.e. within the Scilly recording area.

Yellow-browed Warbler – 4 Lower Moors and 3 Porth Hellick.

Siberian Chiffchaff – 3 in Lower Moors and 1 at Porth Hellick.

Cetti’s Warbler – 1 still at Porth Hellick.

Jack Snipe – 1 still at Porth Hellick.

Woodcock – 4 at Porth Hellick and 3 in Lower Moors.

Willow Warbler – 2 late birds in Lower Moors

Merlin – 1 on Bryher.

Skylark – 1 Lower Moors.

Siskin – 1 Lower Moors.

Brambling – 1 Porth Hellick.

Lesser Redpoll – 1 Watermill.

Friday’s birds were:

Eastern Yellow Wagtail – 1 still in the horse paddock on Kittydown.

Citrine Wagtail – 1still in the same field as the Eastern Yellow Wagtail.

Dusky Warbler – 1 was still at Porth Hellick.

Yellow-browed Warbler – 3 at Porth Hellick and 1 at Newford Duck Pond.

Siberian Chiffchaff – 2 at Porth Hellick.

Firecrest – 1 at Porth Hellick.

Cetti’s Warbler – 1 still at Porth Hellick.

Jack Snipe – 1 still at Porth Hellick.

Merlin – 1 Kittydown/Porth Hellick.

Kingfisher – 1 at Porth Hellick.

Mediterranean Gull – 6 at Porthloo.

Common Gull – 13 at Porthloo.

Black Redstart – 1 at Porthloo.

Common Redstart – A very late individual in the Garrison Pines near the Cadet Hut.
