Cetti’s Warbler – Reports from Porth Hellick and Lower Moors could be one mobile bird or maybe 2.
Cattle Egret – 2 Tresco.
Water Pipit – 1 Airfield.
Common Rosefinch – 1 Bryher.
Bullfinch – A female of this Scilly scarcity was ringed at Porth Hellick
Melodious Warbler – 1 on the Garrison.
Red Kite – 1 St. Mary’s.
Red-backed Shrike – 1 St. Agnes.
Red-throated Diver – 1 off Bryher.
Great Spotted Woodpecker – 1 Bryher.
Yellow-browed Warbler – 9 on St. Mary’s, 1 on Bryher and 2 on Tresco.
Firecrest – 1 Longstone and 1 Lower Broome.
Spoonbill – 2 on Green Island, Samson.
Great Shearwater – 30 from the Scillonian III on the crossing from Penzance to St. Mary’s.
Sooty Shearwater – 2 off Kettle Point, Tresco.
Black Redstart – 4 Little Porth, 3 on St. Agnes and 3 on Bryher.
Whooper Swan – 1 on the Great Pool, Tresco.
Shoveler – 1 on the Great Pool, Tresco.
Pintail – 2 females on Abbey Pool.
Great Northern Diver – 2 in St. Mary’s Sound.
Whimbrel – 1 Porthcressa and 1 St. Martin’s.
Wood Sandpiper – 1 on the Great Pool, Tresco.
Mediterranean Gull – 7 Tresco Channel, 4 in the Roads, 2 St. Agnes, 3 Porthcressa and 1 Town Bay.
Great Skua – 2 from Shipman Head Bryher and 4 from the Scillonian III on the crossing from Penzance to St. Mary’s.
Short-eared Owl – 1 Airfield.
Kingfisher – 1 Porth Killier, St, Agnes, 1 Porth Hellick and 1 Old Town Bay.
Merlin – 1 St. Mary’s, 1 St. Martin’s , 1 Bryher and 1 St. Agnes.
Skylark – 10 St. Martin’s, 1 on St. Mary’s, 1 St. Agnes, 3 on Bryher and 2 from the Scillonian III on the crossing from Penzance to St. Mary’s.
Lesser Whitethroat – 1 Porthcressa.
