Saturday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s –The Water Pipit was still on Porth Hellick Beach and 2 Reed Buntings were in the dead grass behind the boatshed there. 5 Yellow-browed Warblers were at higher Moors between Holy Vale and Carn Friars Road. 2 Yellow-browed Warblers & a Siberian Chiffchaff were in Lower Moors and 3 Yellow-browed Warblers & a Siberian Chiffchaff were at Newford Duck Pond. A Hawfinch was on a garden feeder in Church Road, Hugh Town

Sunday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – A Merlin, 5 Black Redstarts and a Snow Bunting were at Little Porth. A Brambling was in a garden at Holy Vale, the Water Pipit was still on Porth Hellick Beach and a Yellow-browed Warbler was on Porth Hellick Loop trail.

Tuesday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – A drake Pintail & a Yellow-browed Warbler were at Newford Duck Pond, 4 Siberian Chiffchaffs were on Higher Moors and 3 Bullfinches were at the entrance to Holy Vale.

Wednesday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – A Firecrest & a Bullfinch were in Holy Vale and a Brambling was at Higher Moors. A Ring Ouzel was at Mount Todden and a the Yellow-browed Warbler was still at Newford Duck Pond. 2 Iceland Gulls were at Porthcressa.

Thursday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – 1 of the Iceland Gulls was still at Little Porth, where there was also a very late Willow Warbler. An Eastern Whitethroat (probably Siberian) was near Shooters’ Pool, Lower Moors and also there were 2 Firecrests, 9 Bramblings and a Bullfinch flew over. The Water Pipit was still on Porth Hellick Beach and 2 Yellow-browed Warblers & 3 Firecrests were at Higher Moors.
