The 1st of January 2018 will see significant changes to the SRC Rarities List, with a number of additions and removals. The details are:

Additions:
White-fronted Goose, Great Crested Grebe and ‘Scandinavian’ Herring Gull (argentatus). Also, for completeness, species not recorded on Scilly which are not on the BBRC list and which may make their way here naturally have been added and marked with an asterisk.

Removals:
Greylag, Pink-footed Goose, Pectoral Sandpiper, Bee-eater, Woodchat Shrike (in adult plumage only), Short-toed Lark, Red-rumped Swallow and Serin.
