Subalpine Warbler (sp) – A female not identified to species (Eastern or Western) was very elusive along the Garrison walls in the Redan E area.

European Storm-petrel – 25 on a daytime birding trip 17 miles southwest of St. Mary’s and 5 from the Scillonian III on the evening crossing from St. Mary’s to St. Mary’s. 530 were ringed overnight on Annet, with controls, retraps of birds previously ringed, from France. Jersey and the British mainland. All birds were netted at the colony without the use of tape lures. So all controls will be Scilly breeders ringed elsewhere.
