Spotted Sandpiper – 1 on rocks at the north end of Porthloo Beach (photo) and later moved to Toll’s Porth.

Radde’s Warbler – 1 at Redan “D” the flew towards Morning Point, the Garrison.

Red-throated Pipit – 1 flew from St. Agnes towards the Garrison and what was probably the same bird flew over Porth Hellick Bay towards Porth Hellick Down.

Red-rumped Swallow – 1 behind the Ruin Café at Old Grimsby, Tresco, then flew south and it or another was seen later over Middle Town, St. Agnes.

Little Bunting – 1 flew over Star Castle and was late er in the fields behind the Garrison Football Pitch.

Serin – 1 still in a field at Parting Carn.

Bluethroat – 1 still on south side of Gweal Hill, Bryher (photo).

Common Rosefinch – 1 still at St. Warna’s Cove, St. Agnes (photo).

Red-breasted Flycatcher – 1 on the Garrison in the pines behind the Cade Hut (photo)

Spotted Redshank – 1 still on the Great Pool, Tresco.

Jack Snipe – 1 on Porth Hellick Pool, 1 Lower Moors (photo), 1 on the lower coastal path to the Daymark, St. Martin’s, 1 Rushy Bay, Bryher,

Lapland Bunting – 1 Castle Down, Tresco.

Snow Bunting – 1 near the Daymark, St. Martin’s, on the lower coastal path to the Daymark, St. Martin’s

Wryneck – 1 near the Richard Pearce art Studio on Bryher.

Yellow-browed Warbler – 1 in the Dump Clump, 1 near the Ruin Café on Tresco.

Pink-footed Goose – 2 Bryher.

Little Egret – 1 flew over Salakee, 1 Porth Hellick and 4 Tresco Channel.

Eider – The drake was at Diamond Ledge near Skirt Island, Tresco.

Grey Phalarope – 1 near the Bishop Lighthouse.

Golden Plover – 2 on the Golf Course.

Black-tailed Godwit – 1 on Porth Hellick Pool, 1 on the pool in the Standing Stones Field, , 1 in a field at Parting Carn,

Whimbrel – 1 on Taylor’s Island, Porthloo, 1 Tolls Porth, 2 between Porth Hellick & Giant’s Castle and 1 on Bryher

Great Spotted Woodpecker – A very vocal birds flew north east of Porth Hellick Pool towards the large pines.

Kingfisher – 1 on Porth Hellick Pool

Ring Ouzel – 1 Castle Down, Tresco, 1 just inland from Popplestone Brow, Bryher.

Redwing – A notable larger influx than yesterday with flocks of up to 100.

Lesser Whitethroat –1 in Samson Hill Cottage garden, Bryher.

Whitethroat – 1 on the Dead Pine Walk, Garrison.

Siberian Chiffchaff – 1 at the Garrison Campsite and 1 Lower Moors/

Firecrest – 1 in Holy Vale,1 at Veronica Farm, Bryher

Whinchat – 1 St. Martin’s.

Redstart – 1 St. Martin’s.

Black Redstart – 1 Buzza Tower, 1 at Pelistry Riding Stables, 2 by the church on Tresco, 8+ on St. Martin’s.

Pied Flycatcher – 1 still in the Parsonage Garden, St. Agnes and 1 by the track above the Seven Stones Inn, St. Martin’s.

Grey Wagtail – 1 flew over Longstone.

Crossbill –1 flew east over the Daymark, St. Martin’s.

Brambling – 3 flew over Porthloo Lane, 1 at Trenoweth, 1 St. Martin’s.

Siskin – A notable influx across the islands with several flocks of 50+.

Monarch Butterfly – 1 was seen flying through Carreg Dhu Garden.

Sperm Whale – A “possible” was seen from St. Agnes.

Fin Whale – 2 seen NNE of Shipman Head Down, Bryher.
