American Buff-bellied Pipit – 1 still on St.Agnes.

Woodchat Shrike – The subspecies badiusBalearic” Shrike was still on Helvear, another bird, a juvenile of the nominate race “Senator”, was at Little Arthur Farm, St. Martin’s.

Pectoral Sandpiper – 2 still on Abbey Pool, Tresco.

Rose-coloured Starling – 1 flew over the post office on Bryher, this or another was on wires behind the Reading Room on Tresco before flying towards New Grimsby.

Red-backed Shrike – 1 still near St.Martin’s campsite and 1 still on Airport Lane.

Red-breasted Flycatcher – 1 still in the Middle town Pines, St. Martin’s.

Common Rosefinch – 1 still on St. Agnes was on Porth Killier Beach.

Great Crested Grebe – The juvenile was still in Porth Cressa Bay.

Dotterel – 1 still on Castle Down, Tresco.

Spotted Redshank – 1 still on the Great Pool, Tresco (photo).

Turtle Dove – 1 still near Holy Vale Vineyard.

Kingfisher – 1 flew from Porth Hellick Bay to the pool.

Pink-footed Goose – 1 in a field directly opposite Gimble Porth, 2 were on Bryher Pool in the afternoon and what was probably the same 2 were seen on the Great Poo, Tresco.

Pale-bellied Brent Goose – 2 off Bar Point, 1 on Bryher Pool and 4 on Abbey Pool flew to Pentle Bay, Tresco.

Pintail – 1 on the Great Pool, Tresco.

Shoveler – 1 on the Great Pool, Tresco.

Bar-tailed Godwit – 3 Porthloo.

Cetti’s Warbler – 1 calling between the hides at Lower Moors and it or another singing from the Dump Clump.

Lesser Whitethroat – 1 still in the Middle town Pines, St. Martin’s.

Whinchat – 1 in a field by the road entrance to Higher Moors, 1 in the Standing Stones Field, Lower Moors and 1 on Tresco.

Spotted Flycatcher – 1 by the Cadet Hut on the Garrison and 1 by the Old Observatory on St. Agnes.

Pied Flycatcher – 1 Holy Vale and 1 still in the Parsonage Garden, St. Agnes.

Snow Bunting – 1 in a field along King Edward’s Road (photo), Peninnis and 1 at Browarth, St. Agnes. 

Pink-footed Goose – 2 were seen on the Great Pool, and 1 in the field above Gimble Porth, Tresco.

Pale-bellied Brent Goose – 2 off Bar Point and 4 in Pentle Bay, Tresco.

Balearic Shearwater – 1 flew east past Peninnis.

Mediterranean Gull – 4 at Porth Cressa and 18 on Stony Island off Tresco.

Little Egret – 1 Porth Hellick.

Bar-tailed Godwit – 3 Porthloo.

Whimbrel – 1 on Taylor’s Island, Porthloo and 2 flew east past Porth Hellick.

Kingfisher – 1 Old Town Bay and 1 at Porth Killier, St. Agnes.

Cetti’s Warbler – 1 singing near the Hilda Quick Hide, Lower Moors.

Whinchat – 1 still in the Standing Stones Field, Lower Moors, 1 in a field on Pungies Lane and 1 St. Martin’s.

Grey Wagtail – 1 Porth Hellick Pool.
