Wigeon – A drake was still on Porth Hellick Pool

Golden Plover – 4 in summer plumage in a field northeast  of Higher Town, St. Martin’s

Whimbrel – 4 Lawrance’s Bay, and 4 Great Bay, St. Martin’s

Iceland Gull – 1 on Porthcressa and in the garden behind Star Castle, 1 Little Bay, St. Martin’s

White Wagtail – 1 Little Porth

Siskin – 1 flew east over the garden behind Star Castle

Great Northern Diver – 2 in Crow Sound seen from Bar Point

European Storm-petrel – One on the “Scilly Side” seen from the Scillonian III on the morning crossing from Penzance to St. Mary’s

Cetti’s Warbler – 1 at the Old Town end of lower Moors by the water treatment works

White Wagtail – 1 at Carn Friars

Cuckoo – 1 heard from the coastal path between Watermill and Innisidgen

Golden Plover – 1 St. Agnes, a summer plumage bird on the airfield

Iceland Gull – 1 on the pool on St. Agnes , alter seen off Annet, a probable at Great Bay, St. Martin’s, 1 flew over Hugh Town Harbour

Spotted Flycatcher – 1 behind Bryher Boatyard

Yellow Wagtail – A female at Simpson’s Field, Tresco. A male at Porth Hellick

Tree Pipit – 1 Peninnis

Lesser Redpoll – 1 in a field behind the dump on Bryher

Swift – 3 over the Garrison

Iceland Gull – 1 again in the garden behind Star Castle

European Storm-petrel – One seen about 10 minutes out from the Scillonian III on the return crossing from St. Mary’s to Penzance

Cetti’s Warbler – 1 Higher Moors, 1 Shooters’ Pool

Spotted Flycatcher – 1 on the Old Town end of the Peninnis Trail

Yellow Wagtail – 1 Porth Hellick
