Pink-footed Goose – 4 over St. Martin’s, then Bryher and then around St. Mary’s finally settling on Porth Hellick Pool

Pale-bellied Brent Goose – 1 east over Porth Cressa and then in the bay

Greenshank – 8 Porth Hellick

Black-tailed Godwit – 1 flew over Porth Hellick towards the airfield

Whimbrel – 1 St. Martins

Dotterel – 1 airfield

Jack Snipe – 1 still on Porth Hellick Pool, 1 flushed form the Porth Hellick end of the Holy Vale Trail

Mediterranean Gull – 3 Porth Cressa

Merlin – 1 over Porth Cressa

Little Egret 1 Old Town Bay

Corncrake – 1 flushed on Chapel Down, St. Martin’s

Wryneck – 1 Deep Point quarry

Turtle Dove – 1 in a field on Carn Friars Lane 200 meters east of the farm track

Yellow Wagtail – 2 in a horse field at Telegraph, 15+ St. Agnes, 9 in the cattle field at the south end of Holy Vale

White Wagtail – 30+ St. Agnes

Grey Wagtail– 1 St. Martins

Rose-coloured Starling – 1 still on Bryher

Yellow-browed Warbler  The first record of the autumn was 1 in the elms behind St. Martin’s Cricket Pitch

Pied Flycatcher – 1 Porth Hellick Loop, 1 St. Martins

Spotted Flycatcher – 1 St. Martins

Whinchat – 1 Porth Hellick, 2 in the cattle field at the south end of Holy Vale, 1 opposite the old school, 3 St. Martin’s

Pink-footed Goose – 4 flew over Longstone at dawn, then in the field opposite the boardwalk between the 2 hides at Porth Hellick, then roosted on the pool.

Pale-bellied Brent Goose – 1 Porth Cressa bay

Pochard – 1 on the Great Pool, Tresco

Wigeon – 6 on the Great Pool, Tresco

Jack Snipe – 3 on Porth Hellick Pool, 1 Carn Friars

Greenshank – 3 Porth Hellick Beach
