Thursday 

The male Red-backed Shrike was still on the Airfield where there was also a Hobby and it or another was seen over Peninnis.

Whimbrel were at Bar Point, the Grey Plover flew from Taylor’s Island, Porthloo towards Tresco and 40 Sanderling were on St. Martin’s.

Great Northern Diver were in The Roads, a ringtail Hen Harrier flew north past Samson and Cuckoo were at Blue Carn, Trenoweth and on the Garrison.

The Jackdaw was still on the Garrison, a Golden Oriole flew high over Maypole, a Spotted Flycatcher and a Common Whitethroat was singing at Middle Town, St. Martin’s.

Friday

On the Airfield he Short-toed Lark was seen again and the Red-backed Shrike was still present. The Jackdaw was still on the Garrison, the Cetti’s Warbler was at Porth Mellon and the Turtle Dove was still in the bare field at Longstone junction.

Saturday

Dunlin was on Porth Hellick Beach and the Jackdaw was still on the Garrison.

Sunday

A Great Northern Diver was in The Roads and a Spotted Flycatcher was near Mount Todden.
