The Blyth’s Reed Warbler was still in Rosehill memorial garden and the Spotted Sandpiper was still at Watermill, , the Citrine Wagtail was still at Salakee  and the Isabelline Wheatear was still on Castle Down, Tresco but there was no sign of the Blue Rock Thrush or the Dartford Warbler on Peninnis. A Pallas’s Warbler was found in the Parsonage on St. Agnes and a Ring-necked Duck was seen on the Great Pool, St. Agnes. The Waxwing was still on Tresco.

The Whooper Swan was at Porthloo before moving to the pool in Lower Moors, a Tufted Duck was on Abbey Pool, Tresco, 2 Pochard were on the Great Pool, Tresco, 3 Common Scoter were in the Roads, the putative Green-winged Teal reappeared on Newford Duck Pond and 2 Great Northern Diver were off Innisidgen. The ring-tailed Hen Harrier  was seen on St. Mary’s & St. Martin’s, a Common Buzzard was on Tresco and the Spotted Crake was still showing well in Lowe Moors. The Jack Snipe was still on Porth Hellick Pool, 2 Mediterranean Gull were in The Roads & 1 was off Morning Point. A Sort-eared Owl flew from Porth Hellick down towards the airport, Merlin were at Porth Hellick, on Bryher & on Tresco and the Red-backed Shrike on St. Agnes was trapped & ringed. Siberian Chiffchaff were at Newford Duckpond, Higher Moors & Lower Moors, 5 Yellow-browed Warbler were on St. Mary’s, 5 were on Tresco & 1 was on Bryher. Lesser Whitethroat were on Tresco & Bryher, 1 on Bryher, a Common Whitethroat was on Bryher, the Cetti’s Warbler was still at Porth Hellick and 2 Firecrest were on St. Mary’s, 2 were on St. Martin’s, 1 was on Tresco & 1 was on Bryher. There were still reasonable numbers of winter thrushes with 100+ Redwing on Bryher and 50+ Fieldfare on Bryher & 40 round the Great Pool, Tresco, a Mistle Thrush was in the vineyard on St. Martin’s. The Red-breasted Flycatcher was still at Borough Farm, Tresco, there was a noticeable increase in Black Redstart with at least 30 on the islands, 2 Whinchat were on Bryher, 1 was on Tresco & 1 was on St. Martin’s, Wheatear numbers were still low with only 9 reported across the islands. A Brambling was in the Standing Stones Field, Lower Moors, 2 Siskin were at Newford Duckpond and a Snow Bunting was on St. Agnes.
