St Mary’s –  The Little Bittern has commuted between Porth Hellick and the ditch at Rose Hill today and the Squacco Heron has been feeding at Porth Hellick, often on the beach. The male Woodchat Shrike was on Porth Hellick Down all day. At least one Night Heron was on Lower Moors and the female Garganey was still on Shooters Pool.

St Agnes –  The Common Crane was on various locations around the island during the day

St Martin’s –  A Purple Heron was seen in flight over the Daymark this afternoon. The Short-toed Lark was seen near Flagstaff Hill early in the morning and a pair of Cuckoos were above Middle Town. A very late Siberian Chiffchaff was near Higher Town at lunchtime.

Bryher –  A Golden Oriole was near Popplestone Bay this morning.
