St. Mary’s – 16 Crossbills flew over the Garrison, a Mediterranean Gull was at Porthloo and a Greenshank & a Common Sandpiper were at Porthloo. Another Common Sandpiper was below the quay car park. 3 Swifts were over Hugh Town and 1 was at Normandy.
At Sea – It was a day for turtles – 2 Leatherbacks were seen from the Scillonian with another from Skybus and a Hawksbill Turtle was seen near the Eastern Isles.
