St. Mary’s – A Buff-breasted Sandpiper was on the airfield, the 9 Greenshanks were still at Porth Hellick Pool, a Green Sandpiper & a Whinchat were in Lower Moors, the Lapland Bunting was still on Peninnis Head and a Wryneck was on the lawn of the Star Castle Hotel on the Garrison.

St. Martin’s – The first-winter Bonaparte’s  Gull seen on St. Mary’s on Sunday was relocated on St. Martin’s Flats.

At sea – Birders on an evening short-range pelagic trip saw: 5 Sooty Shearwaters, 40 European Storm-petrels, an adult Sabine’s Gull, 3 Great Skuas, an Arctic Skua, 3 Arctic Terns and an Ocean Sunfish.
