St. Mary’s – The Bee-eater was seen again near Newford Duck Pond, the juvenile Woodchat Shrike was still at Helvear and at Porth Hellick were 7 Greenshanks, 4 Green Sandpipers & a Common Sandpiper.
Tresco – A Wood Sandpiper, a Ruff, 70+ Sanderlings, 5 Whimbrels and 70+ Common Terns.
Annet – A juvenile Marsh Harrier.
At sea – A daytime pelagic trip produced 2 Great Shearwaters, 6 Sooty Shearwaters, 20 European Storm-petrels, a Grey Phalarope, 2 Blue Sharks (one weighing about 140 lb) and a Leatherback Turtle.
