St. Mary’s – The Bee-eater flew over Holy Vale, where there were also 5 Pied Flycatchers. A Wood Sandpiper & a Great Spotted Woodpecker were in Lower Moors and a Golden Plover was on the airfield. A Kingfisher was at Porth Hellick and a Tree Pipit was trapped and ringed there.

Tresco – The Citrine Wagtail was still on Abbey Pool and the Bee-eater flew over the Great Pool. Also on the island were 4 Common Sandpipers, 14 Greenshanks, 4 Redshanks, a Ruff, a Yellow Wagtail, a Spotted and 2 Pied Flycatchers.

St. Martin’s – The Bee-eater spent 90 minutes on the island, also there were 40+ Wheatears and a Whinchat.

Annet – A Marsh Harrier.

At sea – an evening pelagic trip 5 miles south of St. Mary’s turned up 5 Great, 3 Sooty & 4 Manx Shearwaters, 30 European Storm-petrels and 3 Great Skuas. 5 Blue Sharks were caught tagged and released.
